OSI on SCO

The Open Source Initiative has put together a position paper on the SCO lawsuit for copyright infringement against IBM and other Linux vendors/develoeprs. It's a pretty scathing piece, and well worth the read.

It also contains a very nice overview of the history of Unix, which is something that has rarely been assembled in one place before.

Notes: If you put a <mailto:> link in the URL field your address will not be mangled: this could be a bad idea as your email address could be easily harvested by bots designed for SPAM.
