Startup Plans to Solve Online Identity Theft, But Does Anyone Care?

I monkeyed around with similar concepts in the late 90's - and no one gave a rats' ass then, either. But it's still an interesting idea.

A Montreal startup has a plan to make online identity theft a thing of the past. The only problem? No one gives a rat's ass.
