Image Analysis Reveals When Photos Are Doctored

Can we believe our eyes again? Not likely ...

A researcher at the Black Hat conference shows granular tech that can pin down the last tool that touched an image (camera or Photoshop version), showing exactly how and when an image has been manipulated. The demo includes al-Qaeda propaganda photographs that have been altered.
