Saudis Outraged Over Women-Drive Proposal

Weren't these some of the same folks who were so outraged when an "infidel" guard stood next to a Koran at Gotmo? They keep half their population in virtual slavery, and yet we call them our allies ... the only real difference between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea is oil ... oh, and North Korean nukes.

AP - He just wanted his colleagues in the government's legislative arm to discuss the possibility of conducting a study into the feasibility of reversing the ban on women drivers — the only prohibition of its kind in the world.
