Clinton promises to save Social Security

Well, given her statement, there's only one way to "save" Social Insecurity that she didn't rule out. I wonder what that could be?

AP - Democrat Hillary Rodham Clinton promised retirees that if elected president she will not cut Social Security benefits, raise the retirement age or privatize the taxpayer-funded system.
