Chirac threatens nuclear weapons against 'terrorist' states

I've seen several reports of this story, most of which imagine the [negative] reaction of the world if Bush had made similar statements. Well, I'd like to imagine the headline if the White House (or Rush Limbaugh, or FOX News) had released the story as is:

Cheese-Eating Surrender Monkeys Go Ballistic

AFP - President Jacques Chirac for the first time raised the threat of a nuclear strike on any state that launches "terrorist" attacks against France.
