The Allergy Epidemic

There was an item here the other day entitled Nuts! about a peanut allergy - now this turns up on MSNBC:

The Allergy Epidemic. Some of the theories proposed are interesting, to say the least, but at least this is getting some recognition as a real and growing problem - why the Hel are humans developing such strange and severe allergies?
