Meals That Moms Can Almost Call Their Own

A rather nifty business idea, but the real message here is not about the food, it's about the people. What are these folks so busy doing? How important is it that they do what they do, really? Maybe it's because I'm coming up fast on a half-century wandering Midgard, but I've certainly found my priorities rearranging themselves to make time for cooking with the wife, and having a good meal at home.

And I can't seem to remember what it was I was so busy doing for so many years that I couldn't take time to be a human being.

Families are turning to meal assembly centers to prepare dinners without picking up a knife or washing a dish.
