The law is finally free

GOOD NEWS! You can actually read the laws for your community without paying scot to some trade association publisher! I had tried to get a copy of the electrical code for Boone County, only to be told (by the county building folks) that I'd have to buy a copy, as it was copyrighted! I never did understand how a law could be copyrighted, and neither, apparently, does the Supreme Court.
