Ministers reject no-spray zones

We have a name for that over here: chemical trespass. Now, while buffers are not mandated by law, if I put a 'Do Not Spray' sign up on the edges of my property, and my neighbor sprays his fields with some wind drift, then I have a right to file a civil lawsuit and collect damages. Which is the only way organic farms can survive in the American countryside in the 21st century.

Ministers reject the idea of 'buffer zones' around fields sprayed with pesticides in favour of voluntary measures.
