Not sure what I think about this: the menu was sure different when I was a kid. Nowadays it's nearly impossible to find any of the so-called "specific risk materials" available for human consumption. Animal feeds ... well, why the Hel are we feeding ruminants meat products anyway?
The U.S. Department of Agriculture has a plan for cattle brains and other remains that may carry deadly mad cow disease. It wants to turn them into a bio-based source of energy.
