Calif. growers fear biotech rice threat

Ah, the joys of bureaucracy! Note that Bayer received an additional permit for a test plot in California after the error that led to the current crisis was discovered.

AP - Fourth-generation farmer Greg Massa was in the middle of the rice harvest and he was dirty, angry and depressed.
