Devices Enforce Silence of Cellphones, Illegally

Good points on both sides of this debate, although I suppose I should say that I think it should be up to the companies to enforce their property rights, and that spectrum should be owned, not leased.

A gadget that jams cellular signals has gained popularity as the use of cellphones has invaded more public places.
