Bill of Rights - Void where prohibited by lawUn-f*cking believeable! If this wasn't an illegal search, what is? The immediate parallel that comes to mind is "War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, Ignorance is Strength" ... and I'll let you remember for yourself what dystopian novel that quote comes from.

Cops who faked a fender bender, a car theft and then a police chase in order to search a car for drugs did not violate the Constitution, an appeals court rules.

AP - Republican Newt Gingrich, in a jab at President Bush, warned on Friday that the GOP will lose the White House and Congress in 2008 if the nominee is perceived as a continuation of the Bush presidency.
