Well, all I can say is that the police department in Harare certainly lives up to it's spokesman's name:
"The latest drive, dubbed Operation Siyapambili/Hatidzokereshure [No Going Back] aims to make follow-ups to monitor the city so that we deal with any of those who are returning to the city and conducting shady dealings," police spokesperson Loveless Rupere told the Herald newspaper.
Come to think of it, the entire government lives up to this guys moniker...
Some 14,000 people are arrested in Zimbabwe in the past two weeks in a new police crackdown, state media reports.

My youngest daughter, Hilary, brought the grandkids home for a visit last Thursday - they went home Sunday. We had a ball with the kids - they got to help "Farmer Papaw" with all the chores, including a bit of "goat walking" (pictured above, left to right, are Damien, Blitzen, Anastasia and Donner). I only wish I could see them more frequently - once a year is not enough!
