Waiting to Inhale
Just what we need in the 21st century - the return of Prohibition, and all it's attendent problems.

Oh, wait ... we've already got the drug war, so I guess this isn't so different after all ...

Quietly, and without the contraptions or planning of Prohibition, the cigarette smokers of New York have created their own modern rendition of the speakeasy.
